 abstract={Business practice pinpoints that stemming from intellectual property law legal protection instruments of right to integrity regarding buildings as imprints of architectural work are often ineffective. In author’s opinion it’s a consequence of e.g. specific values that gave base to separate such kind of works. This specific values are determined as close co-existence (in this category of works) of legally protected elements of uniform legal good, cultural values individual in their core – rather stabile esthetical values and more labile usable ones (a non-esthetical “usability”). In authors opinion this inner “diversity” has no reflection in legal regulation and is main cause of ineffectiveness of legal protection on right to integrity of architectural works},
