Analysis of the research revealed that in the period of age from 14 to 19 the most important values is considered as: empathy, perfection, justice, self-improvement, self-esteem, security, acceptance, courage, knowledge, creativity, competitiveness, friendship, cooperation, responsibility and altruism. Family, which successfully trains and educates such values as security, justice, altruism, empathy, self-esteem, enable the young generation to develop social competence. The main values conveyed in the school- competitiveness, education, cooperation,friendship, recognition. Looking at the situation from a range of competencies, a school distinguished by communication, learning to learn skills and personal development.
